Our story
20 years ago, my wife and I started what we thought was a hobby of flipping and restoring houses. We worked in Youth Ministry and Missions while we created, remodeled, and built on the side. Often working with a small budget, we quickly learned to value each and every dollar, to be diligent with our time, and to use our supplies wisely, with little waste.
Established in 2019, we are a family-run construction company. At Pro 243 Construction, it’s a family affair.
With Aden Williams as our Design Specialist, Amanda Williams leading Administration, and Avery Williams guiding Marketing, every detail reflects a shared commitment to excellence. We’re also proud to be raising and discipling the next generation—starting with our youngest four family members—passing on the values of precision, hard work, and care.
